Consisting of 3 online courses, this competency-based program allows you to progress by completing assignments and demonstrating mastery of course content and competencies.
With frequent opportunities for faculty interaction, you can develop the knowledge and skills to make strategic leadership decisions, influence others and the organizations in which they work, and lead and navigate organizational changes. Along the way, you can spend more time on topics that are new to you and move faster through areas where you have existing expertise.
Post-Doctoral Certificate Organizational Leadership (Post-EdD)
South College’s Organizational Leadership Certificate (Post EdD) program is designed to prepare you to make challenging leadership decisions, to influence others and their organizations, and to lead and navigate organizational growth and change. Consisting of 4 online courses, this competency-based program allows you to progress by demonstrating mastery of course content and competencies. Spend more time on topics that are new to you and move faster in areas where you have existing expertise, interacting frequently with your instructors along the way.
Emphasizing research-based practices, your courses will explore how culture, change, communications, diversity, and strategy impact an organization and its success. You’ll also assess your effectiveness as a leader and develop a plan for personal improvement. To enroll in this certificate program, you must already hold a doctoral degree.
