Consisting of 3 online courses, this competency-based program allows you to progress by completing assignments and demonstrating mastery of course content and competencies.
With frequent opportunities for faculty interaction, you can work to build the knowledge and competencies to make strategic leadership decisions, influence others and the organizations in which they work, and lead and navigate organizational changes.
South College’s Organizational Leadership Certificate (Post-EdD) program is designed to prepare you to make challenging leadership decisions, to influence others and their organizations, and to lead and navigate organizational growth and change. Consisting of 4 online courses, this competency-based program allows you to progress by demonstrating mastery of course content and competencies.
Emphasizing research-based practices, your courses will explore how culture, change, communications, diversity, and strategy impact an organization and its outcomes. You’ll also assess your effectiveness as a leader and develop a plan for personal improvement. To enroll in this certificate program, you must already hold a doctoral degree.
