Program Information

Doctor of Pharmacy

In our accelerated Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) program, you’ll benefit from the instruction of committed faculty as you gain new skills and get hands-on experience. You’ll build on your foundational scientific knowledge in pharmaceutical studies, exploring areas like pharmacology, biochemistry, medicine, and pathophysiology. Eventually, you’ll apply what you’ve learned to doctorate-level projects in our hands-on specialty labs and during clinical rotations overseen by professional pharmacists.

The PharmD degree curriculum can be completed by one of two available pathways: an on-ground, campus-based pathway or a hybrid/online pathway. The curriculum of the hybrid/online pathway will closely mirror that of the on-ground campus-based pathway, except for some active learning and assessment sessions which will be administered during on-campus immersion sessions and through asynchronous and synchronous distance education. Students can expect the same quality, content, and rigor regardless of pathway.
