AS in Health Science (Pre-Pharmacy)

South College’s Associate of Science in Health Science (Pre-Pharmacy) program includes all of the foundational courses needed for students who plan to apply to our Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) program.

Upon completing this program, you’ll be prepared to apply to our Doctor of Pharmacy program, as well as other select advanced degree programs in the health sciences. You may also choose to pursue a variety of entry-level healthcare positions.

If you complete the AS in Health Science (Pre-Pharmacy) program followed by South College’s PharmD program, you’ll earn 3 degrees in as little as 5 years—an AS in Health Science (Pre-Pharmacy), a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Science (Pre-Pharmacy), and a Doctor of Pharmacy.
